World Book Fair 2015 and North-east India

This year's World Book Fair 2015 At New Delhi, Pragati Maidan from 14th Feb - 22nd Feb,2015 will be dedicated to the variety of literature from the far-east of the country. In this 9 days long fair, each day will be devoted to each state of North-east India and cultural programs ranging from rock music to folk culture will be showcased in the evening at the Lal Chowk inside Pragati Maidan apart from interactions with world renown authors, publishers,etc.

The National Book Trust of India who is organizing this biggest fair in Asia looks forward to involvement of youths particularly from the North-east in this Book Fair. Hence, North-east students who want to perform any cultural program are invited to take this opportunity to show case their talents. The performers will be rewarded accordingly along with a citation from the Ministry of Human Resource Development.
